Inception and Establishment
Our journey towards innovation in filtration technologies began in 1997. We entered the sector with the production of plastic drip irrigation components and metal filtration systems.
Although there was limited technology in the field of water management in Turkey at that time, we quickly made a difference thanks to our engineering capabilities and commitment to local production. Our fundamental aim was to develop products that contribute to the correct, efficient and sustainable use of water.
A First in Turkey: Electrostatic Powder Coating Application
In 2000, our innovative vision bore its first significant fruits. As the first company in Turkey to apply electrostatic powder coating technology in filter production, we redefined the quality standard in the sector. This method provided long life, high corrosion resistance, and an aesthetic appearance for filter bodies.
At that time, this technology—still considered new—enhanced the durability of our products and earned us the long-term trust of our customers.
First Export and the Start of the Global Journey
Just a few years after our establishment, we carried out our first export shipment, bringing our brand to international markets. This step was not only a commercial success but also a symbol of Turkish engineering’s ambition to take its place on the global stage.
Turkey's First Plastic Filter Manufacturer
By accelerating our R&D activities, we achieved Turkey’s first plastic filter production in 2004. This development marked a turning point in the industry.
In a market dominated by metal filters, we made a difference with lightweight, durable, and environmentally friendly plastic filters. These products began to be preferred in both agricultural and industrial applications for their ease of installation, low maintenance requirements, and long service life.

In 2007, we achieved a significant milestone by producing Turkey’s first plastic disc filter. This breakthrough marked a turning point in our growth journey. Driven by increasing demand and expanding production needs, we moved to our 10,000 m² modern manufacturing facility the following year.
Equipped with advanced automation technologies, modern production lines, and a strengthened R&D infrastructure, this expansive facility enabled us to significantly increase our capacity and reinforce our competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Today, the 10,000 m² plant remains a strategic investment at the core of our engineering and production strength.
Revolution in Automatic Filtration Technologies and Expansion of Exports
The year 2010 marked a technological transformation for our brand. The automatic self-cleaning filters developed by our in-house R&D department redefined efficiency in the industry. During this period, our export network expanded to more than 40 countries. Under the “Hydrofilt” brand, we built a strong market identity.
This success was not only achieved through product quality but also strengthened by our after-sales technical support, engineering consultancy, and project-based solutions that fostered long-term customer trust.
Transition to a Modern Production Base
In order to respond to increasing production volume and global demands, we moved to our 30,000 m²’ state-of-the-art production facility in 2016. This facility has brought both our production capacity and quality management processes to global standards.
Automation-supported lines, modern production stations and modern laboratory infrastructure have accelerated our production processes and minimized error rates. During this period, our brand began to be recognized internationally not only for its product quality but also for its production infrastructure.
Sustainable Production with Solar Energy
In line with our sustainability vision, we commissioned our solar power system in 2020, which generates 2.5 million kWh of electricity annually to meet our facility's energy needs from renewable sources.
This significant step has not only reduced our carbon footprint but has also created an exemplary model for energy efficiency and cost sustainability, elevating our environmental responsibility.
Transition to Robotic Welding Technology
Our pursuit of excellence in production processes that require high precision, speed, and quality continued. In 2022, we invested in a robotic welding machine and digitalized our production processes. This technology enhanced product consistency and eliminated human error, ensuring a flawless production standard.

In 2023, we took a strategic step by acquiring the PivValve brand. This acquisition strengthened our vertical integration by enabling us to process key production components in-house. This increased control over our manufacturing processes marked a significant turning point, providing both cost advantages and ensuring quality standardization.
Exports to Over 90 Countries and Global Recognition
By strengthening all our processes — from R&D to production, from sales to after-sales support — we have, as of 2024, reached the capability to export to more than 90 countries.
This expansion has reinforced our brand’s reliability, our sustainable growth strategy, and our international recognition.
Flushcore: A New Era in Smart Filtration Technologies
The year 2025 was the most tangible reflection of our technological innovation and engineering vision. Brought to life entirely in-house, from concept to manufacturing, our advanced filtration control system, Flushcore, has paved the way for smart solutions in water management.
This system offers a user-friendly, cost-effective, and eco-conscious solution with features like real-time field monitoring, automatic cleaning cycles, and energy optimization. The launch of Flushcore proved that our brand is not just a manufacturer, but an innovation hub with end-to-end mastery from idea to final product.
